A proud tutor.

Today or yesterday was the Pentecost celebration. I thought it was on a Sunday, but my husband told me it was on a Monday. It's a Christian celebration, so I wouldn't really know. The weather was great, very sunny. My skin got brown a bit I think. Only thing that I don't like about the weather is that, when you are under the shade it's cold. When you get the sun, it could get really warm. Really hard to decide on how to dress up sometimes. LOL At least for me. Just feel a little sad that we get back to the same routine again. But it is okay, we can get to do this again some other time.
The little boy whom I am tutoring, has improved a lot. That's what the mother told me. She also told that, if I were there to see him talk to people when they were in Bali, I would be really proud. I was glad to hear that. I know the parents were proud of him. He did most of the translation for the parents. The parents cannot speak English. I was a bit skeptical because he wouldn't want to talk to me sometimes. But I guess boys are like that, they behave as if they don't pay attention, but when the time comes to show how much they know,you'd be amazed. We have arranged different times to teach. No more week days. But only weekends. Which means I'd be quite occupied on weekends.
It's good to get to feel proud of your student once in a while. :)
